If you are utilizing our Free plan or are logged in as a basic user, any document you process is strictly kept local and temporary. Exactly 48 hours after upload, your files and all associated history are permanently and irreversibly deleted from your browser's IndexedDB. These files never touch our cloud storage, ensuring absolute privacy for casual edits.

2. Pro Premium Members (30-Day Encrypted Cloud Storage)

For our Pro members who rely on continuous workflows and cross-device syncing, your processed files are securely backed up to our enterprise-grade Cloudflare Server Infrastructure for up to 30 days. This allows you to access your "Recent Tasks" from any device, anywhere.

• Absolute Encryption: Your files on our Cloudflare servers are protected under military-grade AES-256 encryption.
• Zero-Knowledge Architecture: Only you, through your authenticated FixAPDF Pro account, can access or decrypt these files. Our staff, servers, and third parties have zero capability to view, scan, or read your documents.
• Automated Purge: Once the 30-day window expires, the cloud server automatically and irreversibly shreds the data. No backups are retained.

How We Use Your Data (And How We Don't)

Transparency dictates that you know exactly what happens to the data we collect. We use your information exclusively for the following operational purposes:

• To Provide the Service: Processing your files, rendering conversions, and returning the optimized document back to your device.
• To Maintain Your Account: Allowing you to seamlessly log in across multiple devices and view your recent secure workspace history based on your plan tier.
